Commuter Line Information for Nambo Station

Nambo Station is the last stop (terminal station) on the Yellow Line if you are travelling in the southern direction and then turn eastward at Citayam Station.

The Yellow Line also services trains to other popular stations such as Bogor and Depok from various stations in the city center.

To get to Bogor, you remain on the Yellow Line and avoid taking the train that terminates at Nambo Station.  

When travelling on the Yellow Line in the southern direction the line eventually splits at Citayam Station. Therefore some trains continue on the main Yellow Line all the way to Bogor whereas others travel to Nambo.

Stasiun Nambo is located quite far south of Jakarta’s city center, so you won’t find too many attractions in this area, unfortunately.

Since Nambo Station is the terminal stop on this portion of the Yellow Commuter Line, it is a good jumping off point for accessing some of Java’s volcanoes and other ecotourism attractions that are further south of the megatropolis.
