Kebayoran Station is technically the third station on the Green Line. Therefore, it isn’t possible to change to another commuter line when you arrive there. It isn’t a transfer station.
If you want to travel to another line, such as the Yellow Line, you will have to head two stations northeast on the Green Line until you reach Tanah Abang Station.
Tanah Abang Station is often one of the busiest stations in the commuter network because two lines converge there (the Yellow Line and the Green Line) and there are plenty of markets within walking distance of the station.
The Yellow Line services trains that travel to both north Jakarta and south Jakarta.
Travelling to the south on the Yellow Line is particularly popular because it enables passengers to bypass road congestion on the way south to destinations such as Bogor, Nambo and Depok. Expect very busy trains during peak hours.
You can also reach Ancol to the north by travelling on the Yellow Line to Kampung Bandan Station.
If you travel north on the Yellow Line it will eventually loop around to east Jakarta where you will be able to access popular market areas such as Jatinegara and Pasar Senen. You can walk to interesting markets directly from these stations.
